ABOUT
Justice Film Festival is the premier showcase for films that shine a light on social justice and affirm the dignity of all people. Since 2012, JFF has been dedicated to creating a platform for redemptive stories of marginalized people and ecosystems bravely overcoming challenges and bringing hope, compassion, and light to a world in need of inspiration.
Our mission is to celebrate diverse voices, amplify stories from underserved communities, and bear witness to injustice worldwide with films focused on racial & environmental justice, poverty, trafficking, equality for women, healthcare, education, justice for immigrants & refugees and many other important topics.
Justice Film Festival will take place in New York City February 10-15, 2025

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We acknowledge that the Justice Film Festival takes place on the ancestral and unceded lands of the Lenape people, who have stewarded this region—Manahatta—for generations. We honor the Lenape's enduring relationship with this land and recognize their invaluable contributions to its history, culture, and preservation.
As we gather annually to celebrate stories of equity, resilience, and human dignity, we reflect on the voices of the Lenape and all Indigenous peoples. Their experiences and perspectives are vital to the pursuit of justice and reconciliation that this festival champions.
Today, New York City is home to many Indigenous communities, including Lenape descendants and members of other Native Nations. In their honor, we commit to amplifying Indigenous voices, supporting sovereignty, protecting the environment, and fostering collective healing.
